There are two ways of joining the Dôl Llys Hall Co-operative – either by becoming a one-sixth Loan Stockholder of Dôl Llys Housing Ltd or by becoming a tenant of the one rented flat. The one sixth share is of the whole estate including indoor communal rooms and 14.5 acres of outside space including gardens, allotments and woodlands.
Dôl Llys Hall is a co-operative and co-housing community which has at its core the provision of homes for its members. The hall is situated just outside the historic market town of Llanidloes and is surrounded by beautiful Welsh hills.
It is very important to us that the applicants are fully aware of what life is like living in our community here so there is an application process which will involve several visits.
